East Dulwich

Located in the London Borough of Southwark East Dulwich is close to Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye, with Dulwich Village lying to the south.

In recent years East Dulwich has become a magnet for young upwardly mobile families. It has an abundant stock of good-sized Victorian housing, excellent shopping and recreational facilities and a village feel that appeals to baby boomers. As a result, housing prices have risen sharply but new businesses have also been attracted to the area. The main focus of the area is Lordship Lane, where most of the shops and many good bars and restaurants are to be found. The roads off Lordship Lane are the most sought after in terms of housing.

East Dulwich station is located at the top end of Lordship Lane and from here, services go directly into London Bridge, taking 12 minutes.
