Raynes Park

Raynes Park is a suburb of South West London in the Borough of Merton and it sits between New Malden and Wimbledon.

Raynes Park is an especially green area with plenty of public outdoor spaces and some quirky independent shops and restaurants. Both of these factors explain its popularity with young families and for more extensive shopping options Wimbledon is close-by and Kingston is less than ten minutes by train. The roads around the station are mostly composed of Edwardian terraces whilst further south properties are larger 1940s semis. Prices tend to increase in direct proportion to their proximity to Wimbledon.

Trains from Raynes Park station run frequently and directly to London Waterloo (via Clapham Junction) with a journey time of under 25 minutes. The A3 and M25 are easily accessible making weekends out of London easy.
