What type of property survey should you have?

Bethnal Green is an area in London’s East End that is in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Whitechapel is to the south, while is to the east.

Bethnal Green is a very mixed area, with a good stock of council housing, as well as an increasing number of trendy new apartments and townhouses. As such, some of the area remains firmly ensconced in its East End roots, whilst other parts are experiencing regeneration and an influx of young, upwardly mobile residents. Bethnal Green is home to the renowned Museum of Childhood and Victoria Park Gardens and Weavers Fields are both large green spaces for recreation.

Bethnal Green is very well placed for access to the City and central London. It has both an underground and mainline station, both of which are in zone 2. Bethnal Green rail offers direct services into Liverpool Street in just 4 minutes, whilst the underground station is on the Central line.
