What type of property survey should you have?

Tulse Hill is situated in South East London in the Borough of Lambeth, with Brixton to its north and West Dulwich to its south.

The famous Brockwell lido is within walking distance, sitting in the corner of Brockwell Park. The area is a mix of loyal locals and young professionals looking for a cheaper and quieter alternative to Clapham. For those looking for more nightlife and excitement Brixton is a short bus ride away.

Transport options are plentiful. The south circular is easily accessible for those travelling by car and the area is well served by buses.  From Tulse Hill trains run regularly to London Bridge (20 minutes) and London Blackfriars (18 minutes) as well as West Croydon, Sutton and Herne Hill. The area doesn’t have an underground station but Brixton tube station on the Victoria line is about 20 minutes by bus.
