What type of property survey should you have?

Eltham is in the London borough of Greenwich and it is a leafy suburb that lies to the east of Lee and to the south of Woolwich.

Eltham has long been popular with people looking to move out of central London whilst still having easy access to the city and it does have a large amount of good housing and plenty of green space. Eltham Park and Avery Hill Park provide plenty of recreational opportunities whilst Eltham High Street has a wealth of good shops and restaurants. Eltham Palace and Gardens is an English Heritage property that incorporates Art Deco design in the building and 19 acres of grounds to explore.

Eltham railway station is located in zone 4 and direct trains to London Cannon Street take about 30 minutes. Buses operate routes to the surrounding areas and there are plenty of frequent and efficient services.
