What type of property survey should you have?

Crofton Park is a little enclave of residential streets and creative surprises. It is home to the famous Rivoli Ballroom, which is one of the last ballrooms in London and it has recently been given Grade II Listed status by English Heritage. The Brockley Jack Theatre is another Crofton Park landmark that has become an established local arts centre. Housing is plentiful and mainly consists of Victorian terraced houses and newer council housing. There is a good selection of bars, restaurants and convenience shops in the area.
Crofton Park station runs services into Blackfriars, whilst the nearby Honor Oak Park station has trains going to London Bridge. Buses operate local routes, as well as going into the centre of London.
