What type of property survey should you have?

Information on Kidbrooke

Kidbrooke is in the London Borough of Greenwich and it sits to the south of Shooters Hill Road, between Greenwich Park and Woolwich Common.

Kidbrooke is less expensive and desirable than its immediate neighbours but the amenities of Blackheath and Greenwich are just a short drive or bus journey away. It has a good selection of housing covering a large variety of price bands and styles and it is far more affordable for families looking to upsize. There are plenty of decent-sized 1920s and 1930s terraces and semi-detached houses and Kidbrooke itself is largely a residential area.

With regards to transport, Kidbrooke rail station operates regular services into the centre of London. A typical journey into Charing Cross takes just over 20 minutes. Local buses provide transport options in the immediate area, while the A2 provides quick and easy access to the M25 or the Blackwall Tunnel.
