Merton Park is in South West London in the Borough of Merton, neighboured by Wimbledon and Morden.

Shops and restaurants are limited but there are plenty of parks in the surrounding area and for shopping Wimbledon is a short bus ride away. It’s a quiet and leafy suburb and has an eclectic mix of property sizes and styles but Victorian villages and cottages dominate. The area attracts families and those on early rungs of the property ladder who can’t quite stretch to Wimbledon’s prices.

Merton Park station is a Tramlink station which links to Wimbledon and East Croydon. For connections into town, South Wimbledon on the Northern Line and Wimbledon on the District Line are the nearest tube stations, which are a 20 minute walk or a short bus ride away.
