What type of property survey should you have?
If you are taking out a mortgage the lender will insist upon carrying out a valuation inspection. Although you will bear the cost of this it is just a valuation for the lender's purposes and not a survey. If any of these exceptions apply a Building Survey, previously known as a Full Structural survey, will be more appropriate.

Transport options are infinite but driving and parking can be tricky. Hyde Park Corner (Piccadilly line) is the nearest tube although Green Park is within walking distance and offers more options as it also links with the Victoria and Jubilee lines. Buses are frequent and mean most of central London is only a short ride away.
