What type of property survey should you have?
If you are taking out a mortgage the lender will insist upon carrying out a valuation inspection. Information on WhetstoneWhetstone is a residential suburb in the London Borough of Barnet. There are a wide range of property types in Whetstone from the Victorian terraces at the top of Totteridge Lane to the modern apartment blocks that have sprung up along the high Road in recent years.
To the south of the area on the border of Woodside Park is Swan Lane Open Space which as well as housing a good collection of mature trees has a range of family facilities including a café, play area and model boating pond. Whetstone shares an underground station with Totteridge on zone 4 of the Northern Line from where you can get to the West End in a little over 30 minutes.
