Gunnersbury

Gunnersbury is a small area in the London Borough of Hounslow, which sits to the West of Chiswick.

There is a varied selection of housing stock in the area, including Victorian semi-detached and terraced houses, as well as purpose built flats and council flats and houses. The area is less expensive than its affluent neighbour, Chiswick, and this makes it more accessible. The area is dominated by the BSI building, which contains a number of company offices and makes Gunnersbury a hub of employment. The area is also home to a small nature reserve, which attracts many species of birds and provides a peaceful retreat from the city hub.

Gunnersbury tube station is on the District Line and is located in zone 3. There is also an overland station with trains taking approximately 30 minutes to reach London Waterloo.
