A few tips on using a Letting Agent to rent out you Whitehall Park property
When letting a property it is common to market it through more than one letting agent. The process differs from selling a property in that a sole agency agreement with a letting agent is relatively rare and there is commonly no difference in fees regardless of how many agents you use. If you are looking for an agent to manage your property you may feel more comfortable with one particular agent, perhaps the one that particularly impressed during their initial visit to your property, and decide to just market your property through them.
Use this site to contact the most suitable Letting Agents. As an example; say you have a house to let in Whitehall Park but are not sure which agents you should be contacting. Start by clicking through to the websites of the agents listed above and see what types of property they currently have available. Do they seem to specialise in houses similar to yours? Also, check if they have a strong presence in your part of the area. When you have established which three or four agents are the most suitable use our form to contact them with a single email.

Information on Whitehall ParkWhitehall Park is a conservation area to the north of London between Archway and Highgate where the roads are mercifully free of traffic despite being dangerously close to one of the most congested roundabouts in London at Archway.
The area has a wealth of period properties from the 1920s semis of Fitzwarren Gardens (those on the outer circle enjoy fantastic views over London) to the elaborate late Victorian houses in Whitehall Park and Gladsmuir Road. To the south-east of the area are a group of roads which are named after characters from the plays of Shakespeare; Cressida, Parolles Lysander, Parolles and Prospero and are known locally as the Shakespeares. There are a few local shops along Cressida Road but for the weekly shop you will probably need to travel to nearby Holloway Raod. The nearest tube station is located just to the south of Whitehall Park in Archway from where you can board a Northern Line (zone 3) train to central London. Journey time is approximately twenty minutes.
