A few tips on using a Letting Agent to rent out you Upper Holloway property
When letting a property it is common to market it through more than one letting agent. The process differs from selling a property in that a sole agency agreement with a letting agent is relatively rare and there is commonly no difference in fees regardless of how many agents you use. If you are looking for an agent to manage your property you may feel more comfortable with one particular agent, perhaps the one that particularly impressed during their initial visit to your property, and decide to just market your property through them.
Use this site to contact the most suitable Letting Agents. As an example; say you have a house to let in Upper Holloway but are not sure which agents you should be contacting. Start by clicking through to the websites of the agents listed above and see what types of property they currently have available. Do they seem to specialise in houses similar to yours? Also, check if they have a strong presence in your part of the area. When you have established which three or four agents are the most suitable use our form to contact them with a single email.

Information on Upper HollowayUpper Holloway is a residential suburb in the London Borough of Islington. The area often gets lumped in with Archway as they are so close to each other but Upper Holloway has its own National Rail station on Holloway Road. There is a varied selection of properties in the area ranging from big old Victorian houses to council estates. Most of the larger houses were converted to flats during the 1970s and 80s.
Upper Holloway is somewhat lacking in greenery but, should you have the urge, Hampstead Heath is approximately 2 miles to the west. The closest part of The Heath contains its three bathing ponds, accessed via Millfield Lane. If you prefer to travel by underground there are tube stations at Archway, Tufnell Park (both on the Northern line) and Finsbury Park (Piccadilly & Victoria lines) any of which will take you in to the West End in around twenty minutes.
