A few tips on using a Letting Agent to rent out you Newington Green property
When letting a property it is common to market it through more than one letting agent. The process differs from selling a property in that a sole agency agreement with a letting agent is relatively rare and there is commonly no difference in fees regardless of how many agents you use. If you are looking for an agent to manage your property you may feel more comfortable with one particular agent, perhaps the one that particularly impressed during their initial visit to your property, and decide to just market your property through them.
Use this site to contact the most suitable Letting Agents. As an example; say you have a house to let in Newington Green but are not sure which agents you should be contacting. Start by clicking through to the websites of the agents listed above and see what types of property they currently have available. Do they seem to specialise in houses similar to yours? Also, check if they have a strong presence in your part of the area. When you have established which three or four agents are the most suitable use our form to contact them with a single email.

Information on Newington GreenNewington Green is a residential suburb which spans the London Boroughs of Hackney and Islington. The green itself, after spending many years as a glorified traffic island, was renovated in 2005 to include more greens, a new play area and café.
Newington Green has undergone partial gentrification in recent years as the middle class overspill from Highbury and Islington has moved in. This is reflected by the increase in trendy shops, restaurants and coffee bars in the shopping area. The majority of the housing stock in the area is Victorian although as with any area that is “on the up” sites which have been left empty for years are now rapidly being developed to take advantage of rising property prices. Although there are several bus routes that pass by the green the closest Tube Station is just under half a mile away. Highbury & Islington is on the Victoria Line (zone 2) with a travelling time to central London of around 15 minutes.
