Advice on choosing a solicitor for your South Tottenham Property
We would always recommend using a local solicitor for the conveyancing work on your property. Although large conveyancing specialists may be able to do the job slightly cheaper they will not be as accessible as your local solicitors. Things rarely run smoothly when buying or selling and the delays involved in sending documents through the post can be stressful during the days leading up to an exchange.
With conveyancing firms you will not generally have a single point of contact which again can be very frustrating if problems crop up or there are delays. It is comforting to be able to pick up the phone and speak to your own solicitor when you need reassuring on a particular matter.

Information on South TottenhamSouth Tottenham is located to the North of London between Seven Sisters and Stamford Hill. Millions of pounds of redevelopment funds are being channelled in to the area in the run up to the 2012 Olympics. Plans include the development of disused land by Tottenham Hale, including 1,200 new homes, a new primary school, health centre, hotel, offices and many retail units. Transport facilities are also to be upgraded with a major overhaul of Tottenham Hale Station and the construction of a new £2.5million pedestrian and cycle bridge over the Lea Navigation canal and Pymmes Brook.
The area is bordered to the east by Tottenham Marshes. Now part of The Lea Valley Park the marshes cover over 100 acres and are a haven for wildlife. South Tottenham has its own National Rail Station located on the High Road but if you want the London Underground Seven Sisters Station is just a short walk away from where you can catch a Victoria Line tube (zone 3) to the West End.
