A few tips on using a Letting Agent to rent out you Holloway property
When letting a property it is common to market it through more than one letting agent. The process differs from selling a property in that a sole agency agreement with a letting agent is relatively rare and there is commonly no difference in fees regardless of how many agents you use. If you are looking for an agent to manage your property you may feel more comfortable with one particular agent, perhaps the one that particularly impressed during their initial visit to your property, and decide to just market your property through them.
Use this site to contact the most suitable Letting Agents. As an example; say you have a house to let in Holloway but are not sure which agents you should be contacting. Start by clicking through to the websites of the agents listed above and see what types of property they currently have available. Do they seem to specialise in houses similar to yours? Also, check if they have a strong presence in your part of the area. When you have established which three or four agents are the most suitable use our form to contact them with a single email.

Information on HollowayHolloway is a residential suburb in the London Borough of Islington. Being one of the most densely populated parts of London the area is often seen as the poor relation to it’s grand neighbours; Islington and Highgate. This image is beginning to change but it will be a slow process. Holloway prison is perhaps the most notorious landmark in the area. Britain’s only all female prison is home to just under 500 inmates including, over the years, such infamous names as Myra Hindley and Maxine Carr. The building we say today was put up in the 1970s replacing the original Gothic building.
Holloway Road borders the area to the north-east and is constantly congested with traffic making its way between Highgate and Highbury. The shops along the road are a reflection of the local immigrant population with kebab shops and international grocers prominent. Holloway Road Underground Station falls into zone 2 of the Piccadilly line from where you can be in the West End within 15 Minutes.
