Stroud Green is located to the North of London between Holloway and South Tottenham. Stroud Green station closed in 1954 but the area has remained popular. The railway track became a Parkland Walk and is now London's longest local nature reserve.
The housing is largely Victorian and Edwardian, although these are interspersed with local authority properties built on infill sites since the Second World War.
