A few tips on using a Letting Agent to rent out you Canonbury property
When letting a property it is common to market it through more than one letting agent. The process differs from selling a property in that a sole agency agreement with a letting agent is relatively rare and there is commonly no difference in fees regardless of how many agents you use. If you are looking for an agent to manage your property you may feel more comfortable with one particular agent, perhaps the one that particularly impressed during their initial visit to your property, and decide to just market your property through them.
Use this site to contact the most suitable Letting Agents. As an example; say you have a house to let in Canonbury but are not sure which agents you should be contacting. Start by clicking through to the websites of the agents listed above and see what types of property they currently have available. Do they seem to specialise in houses similar to yours? Also, check if they have a strong presence in your part of the area. When you have established which three or four agents are the most suitable use our form to contact them with a single email.

Information on CanonburyCanonbury is a residential suburb in the London Borough of Islington. Situated to the north of the postcode the area’s architecture is similar to neighbouring Barnsbury. Some of the finest Georgian architecture in the capital can be found in this locality. A notable exception is The Marquess Estate (now re-named New River Green), lauded as a model of good design when first built in 1973; it has since become a noted breeding ground for young thugs.
The New River runs through the centre of Canonbury. It is best viewed from the footpath that runs alongside and provides a beautiful walk from Canonbury Square up to St Paul’s Road. The nearest tube station is Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line) or alternatively there is Canonbury National Rail Station (North London Line), both of which are located in Zone 2.
