Advice on using an Estate Agent to let your Hampstead Garden Suburb property
When letting a property it is common to market it through more than one letting agent. The process differs from selling a property in that a sole agency agreement with a letting agent is relatively rare and there is commonly no difference in fees regardless of how many agents you use. If you are looking for an agent to manage your property you may feel more comfortable with one particular agent, perhaps the one that particularly impressed during their initial visit to your property and decide to just market your property through them.
For example, if you have a house to let click through to the agents' websites, look at their listings and see which ones have properties on their books that are similar to yours. Once you've had a good look around and know which 3 or 4 agents are best qualified to carry out a rental valuation on your house use the "request a free valuation" single e-mail service above to make the appointments.

Information on Hampstead Garden SuburbHampstead Garden Suburb is in the London Borough of Barnet and bridges the postcodes NW11 and N2. There is a fairly clear dividing line in the area between the original housing, constructed around 1907 and the N2 side of the Suburb which began to expand later in the twentieth century and is primarily made up of purpose built blocks of flats.
The original housing in the suburb is now within a conservation area and is run by a trust that imposes strict regulations on the appearance of the properties. The Central Square in the Suburb was laid out by the architect Sir Edwin Lutyens. It contains two large churches, St. Jude's Church and The Free Church, and a Quaker Meeting House. East Finchley Underground Station on zone 3 of the Northern Line is situated to the east of The Suburb.
