Maida Hill runs to the South West of central Maida Vale and to the West of Little Venice. It is in the London Borough of Westminster.

The area is traversed by the A40, the tube line and the canal, which makes it accessible by boat, train or car. It is an affluent area, packed full of desirable mansion blocks and large, waterfront residences. Nestled up next to its famous neighbour, Notting Hill, it has plenty of amenities close by and the canal gives it a picturesque appeal. Houseboats straddle the sides of the canal and give the area a laid-back feel that seems distant from the Central London buzz whilst remaining remarkably close geographically.

Maida Hill is served by Westbourne Park tube station, which is in Zone 2 on the Hammersmith and City line. A typical journey to Charing Cross will take approximately 25 minutes.
