Arranging to let a property in Little Venice has never been simpler

Do you have a property in the Little Venice area to let and need to arrange for some local agents to provide a valuation and advice? Instead of phoning the agents one by one use our valuation request form to contact the most suitable companies. A few tips on selecting a Letting Agent

When letting a property it is common to market it through more than one letting agent. The process differs from selling a property in that a sole agency agreement with a letting agent is relatively rare and there is commonly no difference in fees regardless of how many agents you use.

Start by clicking through to the websites of the agents listed above and see what types of property they currently have available. Do they seem to specialise in houses or flats similar to yours? Also, check if they have a strong presence in your part of the area. When you have established which three or four agents are the most suitable use our form to contact them with a single email.

Information on Little Venice

Little Venice is a tiny area at the Southern end of Maida Vale, with the A40 cutting it off at the South and the Edgware Road to the East.

The area was given its name by the poet Robert Browning, who lived there in the late nineteenth century. It is a picturesque collection of streets around the junctions of two canals – Grand Union Canal and Regent’s Canal. There is a mixture of housing although most is of the grand variety and includes impressive Victorian mansion blocks. There are also a number of houseboats for those who are looking for something a bit different. The river location makes this area both desirable and prohibitively expensive for most people. It is well served by quality eateries and is popular for canal walks and boat trips.

The closest tube for Little Venice is Warwick Avenue, which is in zone 2 and on the Bakerloo Line. This traverses London from North to South.
