What type of property survey should you have?
If you are taking out a mortgage the lender will insist upon carrying out a valuation inspection. Information on TotteridgeTotteridge is a residential suburb in the London Borough of Barnet. The area has the feel of a village with its many spacious detached properties in a rural setting. For those on a tighter budget the properties on the roads around the station are more modest although still fetch a premium over the surrounding areas.
There are several green spaces in the area including the village green, Totteridge Common and Dollis Valley which joins up with Moat Mount in Mill hill. Totteridge shares an underground station with Whetstone on zone 4 of the Northern Line from where you can get to the West End in just over 30 minutes.
