Bounds Green is a residential suburb spanning the London postcodes of N11 and N22. The area has seen its popularity increase in recent years as the Muswell Hill wanabees get forced out to the more affordable neighbouring postcodes. The housing stock is primarily Victorian with a good choice of 3 bed houses or 2 bedroom ex-workmen's cottages on the roads either side of the station.
