Park Royal is a largely industrial area close to Harlesden, Wembley and Ealing, and lying adjacent to the North Circular (A406) and the A40.
The Park Royal commercial estate covers over 1606 acres and is spread over the London boroughs of Ealing, Brent and Hammersmith and Fulham. The estate includes warehouses, distribution and call-centres, while the Grand Union Canal flows through the centre of it with access for pedestrians through a towpath. Housing is the area is few and far between, but what does exist includes terraces and new development blocks. There isn’t a main shopping or High Street area in Park Royal, but Royale Leisure Park offers food and ten-pin bowling and there are some interesting shops around Royal Oak tube station.
Park Royal station is in zone 3 on the Piccadilly line, and will get you into central London in around thirty minutes.
