Advice on renting a property in Southgate
The first step on the path to finding a suitable property to rent in Kingsbury is to register your requirements with all the primary agents in the area. This should ensure that you are kept up to date with new properties coming on to the market. The rental market is fast moving with properties generally being let within a few days. To secure a rental property by a set date register your details at least a month in advance.
Try and make yourself available for viewings when new properties that suit your needs come on to the market. Unfortunately many properties on the market are a bit dated so you want to be first in the queue when something of a better standard becomes available. Use this page to click through to the local agents' websites on a daily basis in case they forget to give you a call.

Information on KingsburyKingsbury is a residential suburb in the London Borough of Brent bordering Burnt Oak, Hendon and Harrow.
Kingsbury, literally meaning ‘The King’s Manor’ is relatively new, having only been fully developed after the First World War, a fact illustrated by the almost 800% rise in its population in the decade following 1921. Up until the late seventies there were a number of carmakers, including Bentley and British Leyland, based in the area, on the site now known as Kingsbury Trading Estate. The area has a high Asian population, which is reflected in the diverse, multi-cultural local character.
Kingsbury tube station, in zone 4, is on the A406 (Kingsbury Road) and serves the Jubilee Line. There are also many buses travelling through, with travel to many local areas, such as Edgware and Harrow.
