What type of property survey should you have?
If you are taking out a mortgage the lender will insist upon carrying out a valuation inspection. Information on OakwoodOakwood is a residential suburb in the London Borough of Enfield. The housing stock in the area dates from the inter war period onwards with the majority being 1930s semis. There is also a good selection of houses previously owned by the local authority.
Local residents are spoiled for choice when it comes to parks. Trent Country Park to the North is a vast expanse of open spaces and woodland while Oakwood Park to the south is a more traditional park with children's playground and tennis courts. Oakwood has its own Underground Station on zone 5 of the Piccadilly Line from where you can get to the West End in around 25 minutes.
