Hampstead is a premium-priced area of North London with a village-feel, located within the London Borough of Camden and bordering Belsize Park. It’s an area with an immense history, having been a home to many great literary and artistic figures including William Blake, Charles Dickens and Daphne du Maurier, but in recent years the area has become too pricey for the bohemian.

Hampstead has an array of cafes and restaurants and the huge open space of Hampstead Heath is on the doorstep. Housing comes in many shapes and sizes, including Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian, while new penthouse developments have also sprung up.
